NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated February 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2007-CA-004804-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and DANE J. ROTH; ET AL the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 3, BLOCK 7, BETHWOOD TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED NI PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
