NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-002150 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and JAMES J. SFERRUZZA A/K/A JAMES SFERRUZZA; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A NICK SFERRUZZA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
