UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING K OF TUDOR CAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3721, PAGE 1331 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TUDOR CAY CONDOMINIUM.

Shepard, Butler & Hosch, P.A., 3185 South Conway Road, Suite E, Orlando, Florida 32812 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before April 15, 2013, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
