NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 12, 2013, in Case No. 10-CA-010531of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, an Alabama Banking corporation, Plaintiff, is Plaintiff, and Scott A. Ottmer, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 2nd day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 1, NITA ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 7, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
