NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 19, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-003726of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank D/B/A Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Baywater Holdings, L.L.C., A Dissolved Florida LLC, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 9th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5363, OF THE GALLERY AT BAYPORT II CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED JULY 26, 2007 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 17974, PAGE 752, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, AND TOGETHER WITH ALL EASEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
