Notice is given that pursuant to Final Judgment for Foreclosure entered in Case No. 12-006431-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which, MAYFAIR CONDOMINIUM IN PARK WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and LAURA CHAMBERLAIN and BANK OF AMERICA are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Apartment 308, MAYFAIR CONDOMINIUM IN PARK WEST, A condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Page 1 through 3, inclusive, and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3808, Page 831, as amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.

THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
