NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Counts I, II, III and IV dated March 23, 2012 (as amended, the “Judgment”), and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sales dated February 26, 2013, both entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-008469 of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Office of the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at separate public sales, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 28th day of March, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Judgment:

All of Defendant RODNEY HUFFMAN's now owned and hereafter acquired and wherever located:
(a) investment property;
(b) general intangibles, including all payment intangibles, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade names, tax refunds, company records (paper and electronic), rights under equipment leases, warranties, and software licenses;
(c) All supporting obligations; and
(d) All proceeds (cash and non-cash) and products of any of the above.

All of Defendant, HUFFMAN GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC.'s now owned and hereafter acquired and wherever located: (a) accounts and accounts receivable, including all contract rights and health-care-insurance receivables;
(b) equipment including all accessions thereto, and all manufacturer's warranties, parts and tools therefor;
(c) general intangibles, including all payment intangibles, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade names, tax refunds, company records (paper and electronic), rights under equipment leases, warranties, and software licenses;
(d) all supporting obligations; and
(e) all proceeds (cash and non-cash) and products of any of the above.
**ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE. **
