NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-007567 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC.1 1Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and STEPHANY TORRES VARELA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANY TORRES VARELA N/K/A JOHN DOE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MERIDIAN LUXURY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMIE ATKINS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KEVIN RICHARDS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
