NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 11, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-004865-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and NICK KOTAICHE; DEBRA KOTAICHE; DENIS R. GRANT; ALBERT M. SALEM, JR.; THE GRANDE VERANDAHS ON THE BAY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SYRIA, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 173, (PHASE 1), OF THE GRANDE VERANDAHS ON THE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 132, PAGES 63 TO 74 INCLUSIVE; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13649, PAGE 1918, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCE THERETO.
