JACOBSON; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; RAINTREE MANOR HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 2, INC.; RAINTREE MANOR HOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 6341, BUILDING 50 OF RAINTREE MANOR HOMES CONDOMINIUM PHASE III-B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 54; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3624, PAGE 1880, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
