NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-006846 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Mortgage Acquisition Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Julie Griffin a/k/a Julie M. Griffin a/k/a Julie Michelle Gibbs, Scott Griffin, Bank of America, National Association, successor in interest to Countrywide Bank, FSB, Clerk of the Circuit Court Pinellas County, Florida Department of Revenue, Julie M. Griffin, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Elizabeth Reed, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 3 FEET OF LOTS 13 AND 14, AND ALL OF LOT 15, SUTHERLAND HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
