ATTENTION ADLER CAPITAL TRUST AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER THE SAME: Notice is hereby given that Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp. has initiated an adversary proceeding against you in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division, Case No. 3:13-ap-70-JAF.
The subject of the adversary proceeding is the fraudulent transfer of that certain real property located at Lot 30, Block 24, Fourth Addition to Lone Palm Beach, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all riparian rights appertaining thereto, more commonly known as 15531 Redington Drive, Redington Beach, Florida (the “Property”).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ANY PERSON OR ENTITY CLAIMING A RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST
IN THE PROPERTY MUST MAKE AN APPEARANCE IN THE ADVERSARY PROCEEDING BY FILING AN
ANSWER OR OTHER RESPONSIVE PLEADING ON OR BEFORE THE THIRTIETH (30TH) DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THE FOURTH AND FINAL PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, WITH THE CLERK OF THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT, 300 NORTH HOGAN STREET, SUITE 3-350, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA 32202-4267, OR SUCH PARTY'S RIGHTS, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY MAY BE FOREVER EXTINGUISHED BY ORDER OF THE COURT.
