LOT 11 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 10 , BLOCK “A”, TREE LAND PARK, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA , TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF VACATED 68TH STREET, NORTH LYING BETWEEN THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 11 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 10 AS EXTENDED WEST TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH RANGE 16 EAST, AND BETWEEN THE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 10 AND EXTENDED SOUTH TO THE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 11.
commonly known as 12460 TREE ST, LARGO, FL 33773 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Edward B. Pritchard of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before April 8, 2013, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
