YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following real property, including all affixed buildings, improvements, and fixtures thereon and rents relative thereto, located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 14, Block A, VICTORY HEIGHTS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 84, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and the other Defendants listed in the case caption above, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on M. David Linton, Esq., of Thompson & Brooks, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 412 E. Madison Street, Suite 900, Tampa, Florida 33602, within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
