NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09011908CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PAUL J. TONER A/K/A PAUL TONER, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The East one hundred five (105) feet of Lot Ten (10), in Block 'F' of DUNALTA SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 21, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
