NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-019851, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and JEFFREY D. HANSING; ; SKIFF HARBOUR TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 2nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 226, OF SKIFF HARBOR TOWNHOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE(S) 38 THROUGH 41, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF ONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5155, PAGE 751 THROUGH 803 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
