NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-20351-CI-11, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-13 is Plaintiff and JOHN YOUNG; _____ YOUNG, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN YOUNG, IF MARRIED; CATHERINE M. LONGENETTE; _____ LONGENETTE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE M. LONGENETTE, IF MARRIED; CHARITA BUTLER; GWENDOLYN SHAW; GLORIA T. SHAZELL; JOANN WECHTER; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT , PINELLAS COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA; VERIZON DIRECTIONS CORPORTION F/K/A IDEARC MEDIA CORP. F/K/A GTE DIRECTORIES CORPORATION; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 1st day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26 AND THE WEST 15 FEET OF LOT 27, SEMINOLE HIGHLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
