WHITAKER, SR. A/K/A RICHARD C. WHITAKER AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE RICHARD C. WHITAKER, SR. AND CELIA KENNEDY WHITAKER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 27, 2006; CELIA KENNEDY WHITAKER A/K/A CELIA G. KENNEDY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE RICHARD C. WHITAKER, SR. AND CELIA KENNEDY WHITAKER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 27, 2006; RICHARD C. WHITAKER, SR. A/K/A RICHARD C. WHITAKER; CELIA KENNEDY WHITAKER A/K/A CELIA G.
