NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-001182 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Udo Eckstein, Kornella Eckstein, Peicons GmbH, Harbor Bluffs Waterfront Condominium Association, Inc., PFI-Con, LLC d/b/a Parking Lot Services, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 702, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HARBOR BLUFFS WATERFRONT CONDOMINIUM AND ALL OF ITS EXHIBITS AND ATTACHMENTS, AS RECORDED MAY 2, 1975 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4285, PAGE 426, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4299, PAGE 540 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4483, PAGE 460, AND AS DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 31 THROUGH 36, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
