NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 09010978CF07 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and MIMOZA LUFO-LAMORTE; JOSEPH LAMORTE; SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 11 INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/04/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 208, SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 11, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OR. BOOK 3778, PAGES 40 THROUGH 140, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OR. BOOK 6319, PAGE 1759 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 66 THROUGH 72, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND TOGETHER WITH CARPORT SPACE NO. 18, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT HEREIN DESCRIBED, TOGETHER WITH ALL EASEMENTS, RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
