NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014782 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Household Finance Corporation III, is the Plaintiff and Irene Duval, Paul E. Duval, Nicholas Ligori, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 26th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 45, OF BEACON GROVES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
