Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CH5, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH5, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Sherri A. Cohen, deceased, Janet Anne Haver, as legal guardian of David P. Cohen a/k/a David Peter Cohen, an incapacitated person, as an Heir of the Estate of Sherri A. Cohen a/k/a Sherri Anne Cohen, LSG Community Association, Inc., United States of America, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
