NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 522007CA013267XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK FSB, Plaintiff, and, JUDY RODRIQUEZ, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 19, BLACKSHIRE ESTATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
