THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 253 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO. 7 AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3362, PAGE 5, AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before April 8, 2013 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R. Wellborn, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 350 Jim Moran Blvd., Suite 100, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
