NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10012633CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and Gezim Buna, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block F, HARBOR HEIGHT ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 49, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
