NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 5, CARMEL OF BRYN-MAWR, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 102, Pages 59-61, inclusive; being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in O.R. Book 6937, Page 772, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with any and all amendments thereto and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2749 Countryside Boulevard, #5, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 12, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
