NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 1, WESTLAKE VILLAS PHASE 1, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 56, Page(s) 41, a thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5280, Page(s) 708, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interests in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1563 Westlake Boulevard, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 12, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
