NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-4525-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2005-HE4 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE4, is Plaintiff and Mary F. Foss and Tabitha Foss, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00A.M. on the 12th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 54, less the West ½ and all of Lots 56, Townsend's Subdivision, according to that certain plat as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 42, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 2117 30th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
