NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-1210-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS TRUST 2006-CB9, C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB9, is Plaintiff and David Neville, Donna Neville, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00A.M. on the 12th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 11, Harshaw - First Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 23, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 4058 26th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
