NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-014545 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2005-D, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2005-D under the Pooling and Servicing agreement dated Dec 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Christopher H. Wallis, a/k/a Chris Wallis, Stacy N. Wallis, a/k/a Stacy Wallis, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK F, TROPICAL GROVES, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
