NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 14, 2012, and entered in 11007582CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK FSB., is the Plaintiff and RONALD CROTEAU A/K/A RONALD T. CROTEAU, SR.; DIANE H. CROTEAU are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 9, SHOREVIEW PHASE II AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
