NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-017744, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and JOSE MARTINEZ; CLAUDIA MORENO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COMMITMENT LENDING; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK “D”, OF BREEZE HILL, LESS THAT PORTION OF SAID LANDS DEEDED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6324, PAGE 278, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
