YOU ARE HEREBY required to file your answer or written defenses, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C. Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660, facsimile (813) 915-0559, within thirty days of the first publication of this Notice, the nature of this proceeding being a suit for foreclosure of mortgage against the following described property, to wit:
The West 250 feet of Block 2 and Block 3, the East 126 feet of Block 4, vacated Short Street and vacated Grace Street, less the North 8.5 feet thereof, all being a subdivision of FARM 217 AND PART OF FARM 210 REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, being a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 87, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and individually described as: From the Southeast corner of Block 4, go West 24 feet, thence North 119.33 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 25.33 feet, thence East 19 feet, thence South 25.33 feet, thence West 79 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
