NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-012038-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein , BAL HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and TERI FACIO, JON LUZARRAGA and ROBERT MONTROS are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 5, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 68 of BAL HARBOUR, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 15222, Page 1760, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
