Notice is hereby given that Affordable Healthcare Network of Florida, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with its principal office located at 400 12th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 desires to engage in business under the fictitious names of AHCN of Florida and AHCN of FL and intends to register these names with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 865.09, and to engage in business under either of those names.
