Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 26, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit 1202, building 1, studioparc @ kirkman, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 8922, page 2248, and all amendments thereto, of the public records of orange county, florida, together with the undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant to said unit.
and commonly known as: 4601 s kirkman rd unit 1202, orlando, fl 32811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 23, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
