Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 28, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
all that certain property situated in the city of orlando, in the county of orange and state of florida and being described in a deed dated 12/30/1988 and recorded 01/06/1989 in book 4046, page 968 among the land records of the county and state set forth above and referenced as follows:
lot 6, 7, 8 and 9, block j. orlo vista terrace annex, plat book n, page 96 saving and excepting that parcel of land conveyed and further described in a deed recorded 07/09/2001 in book 6297, page 3826.
and commonly known as: 25 n kirkman road, orlando, fl 32808; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 25, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
