Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 4, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
condominium unit no. 105 in building 09 of villanova at hunter's creek, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 8103 at page 2271 of the public records of orange county, florida, together with all amendments thereto, if any, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereof in accordance with said declaration.
and commonly known as: 12012 villanova unit#105, orlando, fl 32827; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on June 3, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
