CUMBEE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PINELOCH LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A BRANDON BARFIELD are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/04/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. E-5, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PINELOCH LAKES CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2475, PAGES 1717 THROUGH 1770 AND IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 132, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
