FONTAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FELIX MANUEL FONTAN A/K/A FELIX M. FONTAN N/K/A CARLA VAZQUEZ; MARTIN FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; TEMPLE GROVE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/23/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
