NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-028154-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and RICHARD RODRIGUES, AMSCOT CORPORATION, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, MARIA E. CAMPOS, WILMER HORNEDO, IRIS Z. MOLINA, CAROLINE RODRIGUES, CARMEN M. RODRIGUEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A DAVID ROBERSON, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A TERESA ROBERSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK K, EAST PINE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
