NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-030031-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and LYDA HADDAD, JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A., WOODSTONE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYDA HADDAD and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A OLGA BALOLINO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 140, OF WOODSTONE SUBDIVISION PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, AT PAGE(S) 14 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
