NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017052-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and TAMMY R. ANDERSON, ESSEX POINT SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of April 19, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, ESSEX POINTE SOUTH, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 119 AND 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
