NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-000846-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and RONALD ARSENAULT A/K/A RONALD CLIFFORD ARSENAULT A/K/A RONALD C. ARSENAULT, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, SHEELER OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD ARSENAULT A/K/A RONALD CLIFFORD ARSENAULT A/K/A RONALD C. ARSENAULT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, SHEELER OAKS PHASE TWO SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
