NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-033351-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and FREDERIC GUILLAUME, WATERFORD CHASE EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MIRADIEU DENEUS, VERONIQUE DENEUS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDERIC GUILLAUME and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A MOSES DENEUS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, WATERFORD CHASE EAST PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE(S) 113 THROUGH 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
