NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-010754-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and YORK PAUL; DIEUMAINE PAUL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 9th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 159 OF SAN JOSE SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
