NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 28_, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-0028298-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and EUGENIO A. INOCENTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EUGENIO A. INOCENTE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WINTER PARK WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 299, OF WINTER PARK WOODS (F/K/A PLACE 436), A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PLACE 436 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3192, PAGE(S) 297, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
