NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-029482-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. AMTRUST-NP SFR VENTURE, LLC. is Plaintiff and ADRIAN J. KING A/K/A ADRIAN KING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIAN J. KING A/K/A ADRIAN KING IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; CENTRAL PARK LV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CENTRAL FLORIDA - OK TO DROP; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1005, OF CENTRAL PARK ON LEE VISTA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8316, PAGE 2619, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
