NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-029379-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC. is Plaintiff and MARCY L. MARINO A/K/A MARCI L. MARINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCY L. MARINO A/K/A MARCI L. MARINA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LAKE GLORIA PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; GE MONEY BANK; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, LAKE GLORIA PRESERVE PHASE I-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 18 THROUGH 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
