NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 19, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-006445-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, is Plaintiff, and Diego Blel, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 20th day of May 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 409, Building 5, Phase 5, VENTURA AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 8012, Page 1307, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 8012, Page 2545, and all it attachments and amendments, to be recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
